Do you have projects that you need done but do not want to spend time doing? Or maybe you have projects that need to be done but do not know who to call? Maybe its time to call The Bear. The Bear by John Maintanis, LLC is a fully registered and insured contractor that can help with projects around your home My name is John Maintanis and I want to help you. I want you to be able to enjoy your home and your time off without worrying about those miscellaneous projects or those honey-do lists.

I offer the following services:

Handyman/Odd Jobs

Is something broken around the house and you do not know how to fix it? Maybe you need something unusual put together? Or perhaps, you would like some minor improvements? I can help you with this. I am a fully equipped handyman who has the right tools and equipment for the job. Some of my recent work has been fixing doors and railings, installing cabinets, cleaning out gutters and assembling a basketball hoop.

Clean-outs

Need a garage or a cellar cleaned out and organized? Perhaps you have an apartment that is being turned over to a new tenant and it needs to be cleaned and prepped? I can do this for you. I can clean, remove debris and provide storage solutions for existing objects.

Lawn Care/Yard Work

Is your lawn or beds overgrown? Perhaps you would like to add some color or some mulch or perhaps you would like some new flowerbeds? Are leaves becoming a problem? I can help with this. I can cut and edge, weed, spread mulch, rake leaves amongst other services.

Moving/General Labor

If you are moving or just need some general labor I can provide a good, strong body to facilitate this.

Consulting

I have been in the business of labor and construction for 10 years. Perhaps you don’t need physical work, but need advice. I can also help with this as well.
